Refund Policy

Because of the nature of fast food delivery, refunds are given at the sole discretion of The Greyhound Inn

Once an order has been placed and collected or delivered by our driver, you must contact the business directly should you have any complaints. The business must be given the opportunity to try and rectify any errors or dissatisfaction on the same day of the delivery. If the business does not rectify this for you then please contact us via the method on our contact page.

Any refunds will be made the same way the food was purchased.

Allergy Information

Should you have any special food requirements or allergies please mention this in the comments or call the business on the business phone number  Please tell us before we prepare your order should this be the case.

Before placing your order, please inform us if a person in your party has a food allergy or intolerance.


Payment can be made with cash or card and our delivery drivers only carry up to £10 in change, payment must be in £ sterling.

NOTE: Please make sure you allow your card payment to complete to make sure we receive your order. Closing the page too early may cause your order to fail to process.

Ordering & Cancellation of orders

Your Order Confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the products ordered and paid for in full. If someone else made the Booking on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent.

Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer

Side orders are subject to availability. In most cases, your local The manager will offer an alternative for any out-of-stock item.

Delivery times

Our goal is to provide the best delivery service in the market which includes an excellent reputation for on-time delivery. Unfortunately, things don’t always go to plan and factors, such as weather, staff illness and traffic occasionally prevents us from achieving

Latest Order Time

Please be aware we are unable to accept orders for either delivery or collection less than 15 minutes before the stated closing time. We would also respectfully advise customers who are collecting their orders that we will be unable to serve them should you not arrive at the business prior to closing time.
